When going to Help | About Waterfox in Waterfox Classic 2021.10 for Windows and checking for updates, no updates are found, even though a full installer 2021.11 for Windows exists in the GitHub release repo.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Go to Help | About Waterfox
Click on 'Check for Updates'
The update check says "Waterfox is up to date."
Check the releases on GitHub. A full installer for the non-portable Windows version for 2021.11 exists.
Expected behavior
Since a full installer for 2021.11 exists, people would expect that 2021.10 would have updated from within the program by now to that.

Version: Waterfox Classic Portable 2021.10

Looking at the releases, and being familiar with how the update process in general for Waterfox works, this is caused by the .mar incremental update file seemingly not existing. For users of the non-portable Windows version, if they know there is an update, they can manually update by using the full installer. However, for portable users, since full installers are no longer provided, Waterfox Classic Portable can't be updated for 2021.11. I use portable at work, as I do end up using multiple computers during a day and need some of the functionality via add-ons for accessibility reasons.
