Portable installer? #38

I can't find a portable installer for Windows on the Waterfox Classic site. I saw a couple comments on the Waterfox reddit suggesting it was discontinued, but no confirmation.

Is it intentional that there are no portable installers for recent versions of Waterfox Classic?

It would be nice if the scripts for the portable edition or building method were released, so at least it might be easy to build it yourself or add it to a github action for CI.

I vaguely remember a statement somewhere that the executable for the portable edition would no longer be updated and that the only method to update would be to use Waterfox's built in updater.

Though I don't even know if that works anymore, as per #37
