Show about:downloads in the Sidebar #2905

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I'm always frustrated because the side bar could be a go-to place where most things could live in. One of them is the Downloads List.

Describe the solution you'd like Instead of getting a completely new and separated window from the browser i would like to be able to have about:downloads as a side bar option, like we have Bookmarks, History, Sync tabs, ...

Describe alternatives you've considered search for a non-gecko browser that does it...

The sidebar has been a bit neglected here. I saw Floorp, which has that feature which you're talking and little more. Maybe that code could be borrowed from them.

That was actually the browser I had in mind that would probably have it...

Vivaldi is a customization-dream of a browser. Unfortunately it's based on that chromium-thing in which I simply don't trust...

As the only decent alternative is gecko-based browsers... Here I am asking for this :)
