Feature request: Add support for the JPEG 2000 #2991

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The JPEG 2000 (.jp2) is already supported in the Safari browser.

Describe the solution you'd like Add support for the JPEG 2000 pictures format for the websites in the Waterfox.

Describe alternatives you've considered (I don't have any alternatives)

Additional context — In the Firefox's Bugzilla, they rejected the JPEG 2000 implementation: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=36351

And I forgot to mention, that the JPEG 2000 (.jp2) is better and newer than classic JPEG (.jpg).
