Recommendations for Waterfox #3163

As a previous firefox user, I tried waterfox and it was so appealing and more useful compared to firefox because of Oblivious DoH out of the box. It really did open some blocked websites from country, but I saw some comparisons between waterfox and firefox and I want to point them out.

1 - Prevent email address from showing up when opening the burger menu : Latest firefox doesn't have that anymore, and it would be cool for waterfox to not have that too.

2 - Switch channels for waterfox : A way for waterfox users to choose what update channel they wanna have to receive updates. Can be beta or official release.

3 - Custom DoH support : DoH system is either Oblivious DNS being forced, or disabled if TRR mode is 5. It would be cool if custom bar changes the DNS, and then cloudflare default is oblivious

Do you mean how Firefox shows the name from your Mozilla account if you've added one instead of the e-mail address? Because that's what I see in Firefox.
