Tree Style Tab indent children are promoted once preview is used

What happened?

I've enabled "Indent child tabs like a tree" and once I click Preview in Tree Style Tabs all the children are promoted to parents.

Reproducible?

• [X] I have checked that this issue cannot be reproduced on Mozilla Firefox.

My bad, default setting in TST in Waterfox was not the same as Firefox and I made a mistake.
