media.cache_readahead_limit not limiting

What happened?

Hello,

• I configured: pref("media.cache_readahead_limit", 30); pref("media.cache_resume_threshold", 10);
• restart Waterfox
• open (in a tab) https://strepsil.net/mixes/Strepsil%20-%20Plex%203.mp3
• Waterfox buffers more than 30 seconds

Tested with Firefox, and it buffers no more than 30 seconds. Both Waterfox and Firefox share the same sync address, therefore have the same extensions.
