If you touched enable monospace font for pages/themes button, all pages' font will remain monospace until the browser restarts.
And there's only one monospace font, it will seems strange on Chinese based systems since these systems does not have a preset font for such new settings.
So I suggest that you could add a confirm restart message after click on it, and add another option so we could choose fonts if the default one isn't good on one's Waterfox.
