unable to open https link #14

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. import urllib # urllib2 doesn't work
2. urllib.urlopen("https://www.google.com")
3. quit to xmb

What is the expected output?
open the link and get the data

What do you see instead?
xmb

What version of the product are you using?
2.5.2

On what operating system?
psp
