No underwater shading #39

I'm not sure weather this is actually normal, a bug or a lack from my hardware / software part but I get no shading under water.

I have the same problem. In case it helps, I have an intel 11800h processor and a laptop RTX 3060. I tried testing it with no other mods enabled and it still looked like this, too.
