Can you attach the Investigator log please

Can you also clarify about opening result file from investigator. Do you mean the .ivst file or the .MRE file or the .BCF file? or do you mean opening the MRE file from Process?

After a run is finished and successful you can open the file from investigator from the Measured Results tab.

When it opens in Process this is what you will find.
