Remove leading NAs #73

Plants that were born during the study have leading NAs. Explicitly remove these.

Going to be conservative and just use shts and remove everything before the first non-NA entry for each plant rather than doing something with code_notes == "sdlg(1)"

BTW, this issue was spotted by @Amercadante96 when he plotted population size over time.
