Report observational data as percentages, model results as probabilities

Already made this change in figure 2, but figure 3a,b and in the text in various places I use P(survived) or P(flowering) to mean proportion of plants. Change to percentages to clarify difference between model estimates of probability and just doing algebra on observed data.
