This is a messy and in-between goals merge. Basically I realized that I'm doing two things: 1) QA/QC on the BDFFP precipitation data and 2) exploring interpolation, aggregation, and data analysis with those data (and other sources). I'm going to create separate branches for these things to help me organize my workflow a little better.
