Time column notes and typos #2

Occasionally the "HORA" column contains things that can't be formatted as times. I should check for these and fix them manually probably. Should notes in the HORA column be moved to the COMENTARIA?

Yeah, i would move to comentaria. What kind of stuff is in there?

Sometimes it's just someone entering something in the wrong column, like the observer's name or "acumulada". Another common note is "nao foi feita observ" which is probably going to be helpful in figuring out issue #1 .
