The Manaus weather data has an "Hora" column, but it doesn't seem to represent time. E.g. precipitation is only recorded when Hora is 1200 and several variables are only recorded when Hora is 0000. Temperature minimum and maximum is occasionally recorded for both values of Hora in a single day, and occasionally they are not the same number. Temp minimum has 93 mismatches and temp maximum has 4 mismatches.
Unless there is something in the documentation explaining this, I'll probably just take an average (most differences are only by a couple 10ths of a degree, occasional differences of up to 1.8 degrees)
