Typo in precip #7

The precipitation for 22/02/05 at Dimona got formatted as a date by excel and reads into R as a very large number. No way to know what it's supposed to be, so just going to set it to NA for now. This is just a reminder that I did this. I will close this issue once I'm satisfied that this is ok.

Figured it out with some trial and error...It's 53. (53rd day of year is feb 22)

BTW prob a good idea to make those files "read only"

Thanks! I have already made them read only. Now finding a lot of other typos I'll fix with code.
