Migx tables transplanted in backend #287

The problem is in migx.tpl

Lets assume we have two migx tvs - with ID 1 and 21 MIGX renders the divs for first tv (ID 1) as
and for the second TV (ID 21) as
so the table is rendered at first occurence of #tvpanel21 - so at wrong place. If the two TVs are in other tabs, this can be tricky to find for user :)
