Description:
The custom table prefix is not provided for the updating indexes and altering fields options. I've seen at least cases where this resulted in errors while trying to add the indexes.
Steps to reproduce:
Given a package with schema which contains at least one index.
Loading the MIGX cmp and filling in the package and a custom table prefix.
Running the option 'Update indexes'
Check the error log for the reported errors: Could not find table: 'database.modx_tablename'.
Expected behaviour:
The migration for updating the indexes is run on the table: database.custom_tablename.
