Added TV caption to title of MIGX editing window #375

What does it do?

If you configure MIGX-TV in the tabs of the MIGX-TV form, then the title of the MIGX window will always be "MIGX". Added TV caption to title of MIGX editing window.

Before: window_title_1

After: window_title_2

Why is it needed?

UX improvement. The text "MIGX" in title is not very informative, and the caption of TV is appropriate, especially if, for example, you edit several migx-tv with a similar grid.
