Linux-valgrind-debug build sometimes exceed maximum running time.

[ ] split test suite into smaller jobs

Temporarily deactivated HexDom.robot (takes the lion's share in execution time) If this does not suffice, "finally.obj" in constrained Delaunay triangulation test suites takes a large amount of time, make a version with smaller number of points.
