Minor changes to toolchain installation instructions; Raspberry Pi and Jetson support #37

Added a sudo in front of an apt-get install, needed to add the prjtrellis subdirectory in the cd command, nextpnr needed recursive checkout in order for me to build.

Added support for ARM boards. Tested on Raspberry Pi 32 bit and on NVIDIA Xavier AGX (64-bit).
