Monk config, windwalker and brewmaster #107

Updated windwalker config. Added brewmaster. Not qualified to create mistweaver.

Excellent, I was contemplating making a trial Monk to try and work that out as a mate has started playing one.

I find the healing configs awkward, I don't think anyone is really using EH for healing, certainly not at a high level. All the HoT, shields, Atonement, etc, will be tracked on unit/raid frames. I've been thinking about just tracking the offensive stuff in the configs, with short CD below.

Blizzard seem to be pushing the, "you should contribute some DPS while you don't need to heal," thing. So for Holy/Disc priest and Resto druid I've just been tracking DoT and DPS CD, trouble is I don't heal often so I'm not sure about pushing that for everyone.

If you're in the Discord channel we could have a chat about it, hopefully rope a few lurkers into the discussion too. As you've just discovered, making a default config for everyone is a bit daunting.

I've added Mistweaver config.

@Cluuey Good idea about showing dps cooldowns for healings spec. I created a config that shows healing cooldowns (renewing mist, etc.) and offensive cooldowns (rising sun kick and spirit of the crane talent). Tried it out healing a few mytic+ and it works quite well. I agree that it doesn't make sense to track healing buffs, since it spread over too many targets, and unit frames does a better job at tracking them anyways.
