I think it works alright although I'm unsure about tracking Alacrity and Find Weakness.
The only time I care about the Alacrity timer is when a tank is being too cautious in a dungeon.
Find Weakness reads like it should be tracked but we don't have much control over it outside of Shadow Dance which keeps it up.
Feedback welcome.
Will need to check the Shiv debuff works for Assassination when we get to L58.
