Changed the bar display for Marksmanship.
Windburst, the artifact ability, now has it's own bar.
Removed Sentinel debuff and CD bar, it was pointed out that it didn't do anything except duplicate a different bar with some timer marks which don't quite work correctly.
Sentinel talent CD is now at half height on the Vulnerability bar, it makes more sense here but won't be seen often as the talent is, almost, never taken.
