Switch to cryptonator.com #2

I've made some changes switching from marketwatch.com to cryptonator.com since the former doesn't support ADA. It should work as before with the exception of the ticker symbols:

BTCUSD => BTC-USD

Hey, thanks. This looks good. ADA is definitely a top crypto now, so good call on adding support for an API that has it.

Incase you are interested in a more specific crypto plugin, give tmux-crypto a shot as well.
