Inconsistent Java Jar Naming in UG #17

The file naming is specified to be meditracker.jar , however the actual way to run it is as follows java -jar .[CS2113T-T09-1][MediTracker].jarmeditracker.jar

Thank you for pointing it out.

We did not specify it according to the name convention that we used to submit for this PE, as that is a special event.

We are accommodating to the general public, where the name of the jar file of "meditracker.jar" is much easier to read than the name with the square brackets while the numbers in the name also offers no meaning to the public user.
