Hello, Here's another new year present: this PR moves some functions from General Functions.lua to their own modules. I also removed some unused variables and formatted the General Functions.lua file.

Sorry to keep pestering you with these small PRs - it's just safer to go about organizing the code-base in small chunks than trying to do everything in one big move.
