Javadoc HousingType Function Description #6

Javadoc for isValidHousingType is not correct as shown below:

This was copied over from isValidTagName as shown below:

Not a major issue as this was the only function that was missed out and the function is very self explanatory.

You may report bugs related to the UG and the DG. Only the content of the UG/DG PDF files (not the online version) should be considered.

Javadocs documentation is not under UG/DG.
