Perhaps if you slowed down the speed they group up at, they'd resume dodging?

Muta (and other air units) have been severely reworked. Units now run if they receive 6 consecutive frames of FAP sim estimated "death".

They also separate to surround enemy key points. Since the concaves are essentially perfect, I think this will continue to be acceptable for some time.

However, it would be more ideal if they rotated -as a tightly knit stack- around the key point.

Note, corsairs do splash damage against air.
