Bot gathers too much gas after ling speed: #220

Bot gets about 100 gas as if it had another purpose to having gas, usually ends up getting dumped into a super early lair.

Proposed fix: 6de935b1a5ce15cce7a08a2dee591316dd374a43

I have tested it locally and it appears to resolve the problem without ill-effect.
