Bot still regularly gets unreasonable gas/supply parameters. #95

Recently simply put a cap of 0.6 for the supply and gas parameters which ought to encourage reasonable behavior.

Simplifying the GA for learning. Should explore less, less likelihood of going on strange tangents.
