replace `BlogEntry` type with markdown #50

@brandonroberts is killing it with his minimalist, markdown-and-Angular Blog engine; his storage format for his Blog posts are plain old *.md files

Hexo and other static Blog engines do the same thing; with ngx-markdown in the mix, the time looks right to work toward eliminating the need to pack HTML into JSON

one blocker in the way of this is the need to convert the Blog index format into MenuDisplayItemModel [GitHub]
