Remove gm_harborside #110

Map has shown to have pretty cruddy performance as well as sloppy map work, including broken-to-hell train tracks, map tears, and the like. Haven't really brought up this map for anything other than to talk about how bad it is.

As long as we have blue hills I am fine with the removal.
