This does not seem to be a bug but your mod cancels the Apotheosis Mythic material with yours and it is therefore impossible to be able to create final enchantments on the Apotheosis reforging table.
When I pass the mythic items into the salvaging table, instead of giving me these mythic materials, it gives me your material only.
