[Feature Request] Ancient | Artifact reforging #4

It would be reasonable if players could reforge items to Ancient and Artifact rarity. Because there's currently no use for Ancient and Artifact rarity catalysts.

I understand the implication behind the current state of the mod but, in my opinion it takes away from the fun, i do enjoy hunting and searching but at the end of the day I would like to make my own Op gear its what the game is made for, even if it needs to be a config option.

I think it should should still be a configurable option as mods such as "Passive Skill Tree" add massive bonuses to weapons, tools and armor when you craft them. This has made Ancient gear and the like pointless because they fall so far behind in flat values, despite their massive perks.

I think a good solution could possibly be making another upgrade to the reforming table that is super difficult to craft. Possibly taking galactic cores to make, or even a new item that is harder to obtain/craft that an esoteric item.
