Hybrid Vampire Powers Not Selectable #96

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Create a Hybrid with the Vampire Class
2. Level up character
3. Attempt to choose attack powers (level 1, etc)

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No vampire options exist.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.41 on Vista 64bit

Please provide any additional information below.
Blood Drinker is working correctly, and is a selectable power, but other powers 
(Such as Feral Assault) no longer appear.  Vampire daily powers are still 
selectable.

After continued use, other vampire/vrylokas conflicts occur.  Vampires cannot 
select utility options anywhere but level 2, and Vrylokas substitutions cannot 
occur.
