High quality team logo #34

As we are now using the logo in game as a part of the splash screen, it would be nice if the logo was of higher quality. The comet is quite rough around the edges.

HiRes logo is added, Let me know if anything needs to be changed and I'll reopen this

This was added via 363ed1c5eb06701502ce3474388873c357603dcb. There are some white dots near the edges of the logo which should be cleaned up. Even so, the logo does look nicer!
