GUI Editor Structure-Editing functionality #6

Redelv needs to be able to create and delete resources, subindices, etc (with appropriate and efficient (?) changes to the tree view.)

It can now tenuously create resources (haven't done much debugging yet); still can't delete them though this is of limited applicability anyway for editing.
