Describe the bug The following blocks and items are missing their textures:

• Auto Converter (from Auto Ore Dictionary Converter)
• [x] several Iron Bars (from Chisel) and all related facades and microblocks
• [ ] item.matteroverdrive.matter.antimatter.name
• [ ] item.matteroverdrive.matter.darkmatter.name
• [ ] item.matteroverdrive.matter.redmatter.name
• [ ] item.matteroverdrive.item.module_weapon_holo_sights.name
• [ ] Quantum Fold Manipulator (from MatterOverdrive)
• [ ] Rogue Android Spawner (from MatterOverdrive)
• [ ] item.fake_sword.name (from OMLib)
• [ ] tile.null.name (matter_plasma) (from MatterOverdrive)
• [ ] Florb (Matter Plasma) (from ThermalExpansion but fluid is from MatterOverdrive)
• [x] Immolation Blade (from Wither Skeleton Tweaks)
• [x] Blazing Immolation Blade (from Wither Skeleton Tweaks)

I've enabled the blades in Wither Skeleton Tweaks, which should add their textures back to the game. I have also banned the recipes now that the blades are enabled again. The server is up-to-date and the pack will have it in version 1.0.3.

I updated Chisel to fix its missing textures on the server and it'll be in pack version 1.0.3.
