The server locks up until a character is typed in the console #58

Describe the bug Sometimes, seemingly at random, the server will stop doing anything, and the console will stop showing new messages, until a character is typed in the console (enter doesn't even have to be pressed). Once that's done, the console and server resume as normal (until the next time this happens).

To reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: This seems to happen often during server launch.

doot#0001 on the Sponge Discord discovered that the "Quick Edit" mode in CMD prompt and PowerShell will freeze a process' execution if the console window is clicked anywhere except the title bar. I was able to reproduce this issue by following those steps. Turning off Quick Edit mode by default on CMD prevents me from reproducing the issue.
