[ ] Update with list of LEDs
[ ] Decide on placement
[ ] Any Leds that also should trigger panel mounted lights?

I've made it easier to add more IO expanders, so we could use a whole one for LEDS, 16 leds controllable from RPi should be plenty and nice to have.

I dont see a use case for this many LEDs. When are we going to use LEDs?
