Are all of these generic? Can the same be used for everything? Tank height measurment pH Pressure Flow Turbidity Colour etc etc

We have 4 0-10V and 4 4-20mA, I think that will be plenty. If we need more, it will probably be for external sensors, then we can use an ESP32 for that
