Failsfe on 2.7 R4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Turn off your transmitter with the receiver configured with a valid throttle 
signal <975µs 
http://code.google.com/p/arducopter/wiki/AC2_Failsafe

What is the expected output? 
RTL is expected to be activated when 10meters away from launch point.

What do you see instead?
Quad motors stop

This issue is solved, and perhaps was not even included on 2.7R4

By the way you name it above to happen on 2.7R4 and now you say its not 
included ? I confimr its happening on 2.7R4

i dont have the power to erase this thread.. I'm not sure if this is an issue 
or it was not included in this version. When i posted this i thought MPNG was 
supposed to have everything implemented.

As I say I confirm that this happens and as it seems, it is still not solved in
