CLI ESC calibration doesn't work on hexa #3

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. enter CLI mode
2. setup / esc
3. disconnect power
4. reconnect power with throttle up

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Throttle channel input is expected to be 1:1 bridged to motor outputs to allow 
reliable ESC calibration. But it only works for the first 4 motors - 2 motors 
do not receive any input.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

2.0.49b4
