You must place FreeIMU board - the connection pins must be on the left side of 
the board.

That only solves the pitch and mag issue. Roll is still off :(

I have the same problem and finally I solved rotating the sensors board and 
leaving it on direction left-to-right (->) instead of back-to-front (^). 

I have tested in the mission planer not in flight yet and seems to work but 
maybe it isn't the nicest way to solve it.

Maybe with little changes on the software should be solved. I can do the tests.
