Settings Page Front-End Development with React JS

Features

[ ] General Settings Form: Allow users to update general settings (e.g., company information, contact details).
[ ] Notification Settings: Enable users to manage notification preferences.
[ ] User Management: Interface for administrators to manage user roles and permissions.
[ ] Security Settings: Allow users to update security settings (e.g., password policies, 2FA).
[ ] Save and Cancel Buttons: Allow users to save changes or cancel.

Description

This issue tracks the front-end development of the settings page using React JS. Each feature will be implemented and tested to ensure a user-friendly interface for managing settings.
