Fix variable name of fftw3 build script #272

Bit confused how this was building successfully for so long. I guess empty commit just makes it use latest master.

Indeed. I actually noticed the wrong name while preparing a fork with empty commits for the repos that didn't require a specific version, so it would always build with most recent changes.

Given that every time I do a round of dependency updates something breaks, a repo like that sounds like a massive hassle to keep in good condition :D

Yeah, I thought that'd be the case. I guess I'll end up using the latest commits for only a few that interests me (like svt-av1).

In case you want to check, I accidentally saw a similar thing at "scripts.d/50-vidstab.sh". (Just searched for it out of curiosity)
