Since ffmpeg release/6.1 added libaribcaption decoder support, I'd like to add a script for --enable-libaribcaption and else
--enable-libaribcaption
I'm currently testing the linux64 6.1 build on my local machine. If it builds successfully, I'll proceed to submit a PR accordingly.
