Not sure what's up with this, but for one, publishing nonfree builds can potentially get you in legal trouble and at the very least upsets the community. And on top of that, installing anything on the Github Action runner has zero impact on anything happening during the build.

Plus, I won't merge your cron-change, as it'll break build here.
